Hi, I'm Ari. I work at the intersection of data protection, information governance, regulatory compliance and responsible AI, helping organisations turn complex requirements into practical, proportionate governance.My experience spans regulated financial services, technology and employment platforms. I currently operate as a Data Protection Officer alongside a broader privacy and compliance leadership remit, with experience covering ICO regulatory engagement, Privacy by Design, information rights, data protection contracting and negotiation, enterprise risk, regulatory controls, product and third-party governance, records management, HR technology and AI governance.I've led governance transformation including OneTrust implementation, cross-functional data governance, privacy and compliance frameworks, assurance programmes, training and organisational policy development. I work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Commercial, Finance, People, Product and Risk, translating legal, regulatory and technical complexity into decisions that work in practice.I believe governance should enable great business decisions, not simply manage risk.
